Located 225 yards from the front entrance of Tséhootsooí Medical Center, Nihi Dine'é Bá Wellness Center provides year-round fitness activities allowing you to invest in your overall health and wellness. Wellness Center features include:
- Scenic outdoor trail system that spans over 3 miles in collaboration with nearby organizations.
- The Wellness Center's fitness area includes an indoor running/walking track, full volleyball/basketball court, fitness/cardio machines and free wiehgt/cable equipment.
- The Wellness Center also offers various classes, including yoga, spin cycle, and Zumba.
