Health Insurance

Access to comprehensive healthcare, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, is essential for your and your family's well-being and security. FDIHB offers two medical plans—Basic and Enhanced—and covers 100% of employee premiums for the Basic medical plan, dental plan, and vision plan. While employees can add family coverage at their own expense, all medical, dental, and vision benefits begin on their first day of employment.

Life & Disability Insurance

Secure your future with our comprehensive coverage. FDIHB covers 100% of employee premiums for Group Term Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, equal to one times your annual salary. Long-term Disability is an employer-paid benefit that provides 60% of your base monthly pay if total disability extends beyond 180 days.

FDIHB understands that personal and family challenges can affect both your home and work life. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential support service designed to help you address life's various challenges.

Flexible Spending Account

FDIHB offers eligible employees Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) to save on healthcare and dependent care costs. FSAs allow you to set aside pre-tax funds for expenses not covered by traditional medical, dental, or vision plans. FDIHB also covers all administrative costs for the FSA program.

Retirement

We care about your retirement financial security and want to help you plan and save for the future. FDIHB offers an excellent retirement savings option through our tax-deferred 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan. The company makes a 3% base contribution and provides a 50% match on employee contributions up to 6% of annual salary.
