Nihi Dine'é Bá Wellness Center

Nihi Dine'é Bá Wellness Center includes seven FDIHB, Inc. departments such as Rehabilitation Services, Public Health Nursing, Wellness & Fitness, Public Health Nutrition, Health Promotion & Disease Prevention, and Mobile Health Unit. The Wellness Center has a state-of-the-art education kitchen and fitness center, as well as classroom space for outreach and education.

The Wellness Center's fitness area includes an indoor elevated track, volleyball/basketball court, and fitness machines/equipment.The Wellness Center departments provide an integrated and coordinated healthcare system where health promotion/disease prevention and medicine come together to assist people on their Journey to Hozho. The facility is a beacon for fitness, health, and lifestyle management, serving the Fort Defiance service delivery area.
