Our commitment to health is an ongoing journey—one driven by our mission to eliminate chronic diseases, address health disparities, and build healthier communities. FDIHB is built on a foundation of Health, Wellness, and Tradition. We recognize that true wellness goes beyond clinical care; it encompasses a holistic approach that integrates public health, conventional medicine, and traditional knowledge. We strive to provide superior and compassionate healthcare with our three facilities in Fort Defiance (Tséhootsooí Medical Center and Nihi Dine'e Ba Wellness Center), Sanders, Arizona (Nahata'Dziil Health Center) and our mobile health program.
FDIHB, Inc. views community health as a comprehensive, systematic, coordinated approach to affecting long-term behavior change by influencing the community (cultural) norms through education and community organization.
