Tsehoostooi Medical Center is experiencing loss of air conditioning. Outpatient Services CLOSED Monday, June 17, 2024, Until Further Notice. Will continue to utilize outpatient telemedicine services.

‍FORT DEFIANCE, AZ –We want to inform the public that Tséhootsooí Medical Center (TMC) is currently without air conditioning due to unforeseen technical issues. For the safety and comfort of our patients, we have made the difficult decision to close all outpatient services on Monday, June 17, 2024, until further notice. Will continue to utilize outpatient telemedicine services.

TMC Emergency Department and Inpatient Services will be on diversion/transport status.We are working diligently to resolve this issue and restore our facilities to the comfortable and safe environment you expect from us.

Please check our website (fdihb.org) and social media platforms for updates on when services will resume.For those who had appointments scheduled during this period, our staff will contact you to reschedule as soon as possible. In the case of medical emergencies, please proceed to the nearest emergency room.
