Fort Defiance Indian Hospital Board, Inc. will be providing an influenza(flu) vaccine drive-up clinic on the following days:
Thursday, October 3, 2024
o Time: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
o Location: Nihi Dine’e Ba Wellness Center(Fort Defiance, AZ)
o Flu Vaccine for individuals 6 months old and older
Saturday, October 12, 2024
o Time: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
o Location: Tséhootsooí Medical Center (FortDefiance, AZ)
o Flu Vaccine for individuals 6 months old and older
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
A parent or legal guardian must accompany children (under 18 years old). Services are available to individuals who live within the communities FDIHB serves and have established PatientMedical Records at Tséhootsooí Medical Center or Nahata’Dziil Health Center.

o Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
o Parents or guardians of the patientwill also be offered a flu shot in the Pediatric Clinic.
